Cookie Policy
What cookies this website uses, why, and how you can control them.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Some are essential for the website to work. Others are used to remember preferences, measure visits or show advertising.
2. Cookies we use
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
hydrokinetic_therapy_session | Keeps your session working while you book or fill in a form, and keeps staff logged in to the admin area. | Essential | 120 minutes, or until you close the browser |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security: protects forms (bookings, the New Client Form, login) against cross-site request forgery. | Essential | 120 minutes |
cookie_consent | Remembers the choice you made in our cookie banner, so we don't ask you again on every page. | Essential | 12 months |
remember_web_… | Only for staff who tick "Remember me" when logging in to the admin area. | Essential | Up to 5 years, or until logout |
Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide the website and the services you ask for, they do not need your consent under the Data Protection Act, 2019. We still tell you about them here and in our cookie banner.
3. Third-party services
To load quickly, this website uses fonts from Google Fonts and style files from a content delivery network (cdnjs). When your browser downloads these, the provider receives your IP address, as with any website request; these requests do not place advertising or tracking cookies from us. If you tap a WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook link, that service's own cookie and privacy policies apply once you are on their site or app.
4. Your choices
- You can change your cookie choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, booking and the New Client Form will not work.
- If we ever add optional cookies (for example, visitor statistics), we will only use them after you choose "Accept", and we will update this policy first.
5. More information
